Rockwell Foundation Pty Ltd is just one of many group companies held by Rockwell Group Holdings Pty Ltd which has a range of interests and is the driving force behind the Rockwell group of companies.

Rockwell Bates Pty Ltd, Rockwell Corporate Pty Ltd, Rockwell Investments Pty Ltd and Rockwell Developments Pty Ltd all come under Rockwell Group Holdings and sit alongside Rockwell Financial Services Group Pty Ltd and Rockwell Beverage Company Pty Ltd in the greater Rockwell group.

Adam Levine and John Weekley, being the driving force of the Rockwell Group of companies feel fortunate to have had great success with each of these companies. It has always been Rockwell Group’s vision to be able to give back to the community. Rockwell Foundation is the vehicle in which this will be done via a percentage of revenue from each of these companies being donated to the Foundation. Rockwell Foundation is a private ancillary fund, is endorsed with deductible gift recipient status and for charity tax concessions (ABN 64 973 192 050).

The Board

Adam has over 17 years of legal and non-legal investment banking experience in Australia and internationally and over 18 years national and global experience in structuring and executing private equity investments and corporate finance transactions both as a trusted legal advisor and as a principal investor.

As Managing Principal and founder of Rockwell Bates (with offices in Australia and India), Adam has provided legal advice to local and international financial sponsors, private equity funds, family groups and corporations on over $2bn worth of private equity deals. Through his principal investment activities and deep client relationships he brings valuable insight and understanding of several key industries including Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Food & Agriculture, Transport& Aviation, Electrical Manufacturing, Advertising and Technology.

Adam is also currently a Director of FMD Financial Pty Ltd, Rockwell Investments Pty Ltd, Carrington Heights Pty Ltd, Auto Horizons Limited, The Money Tree Project Pty Ltd and a number of other private companies.

With over thirty seven years hands on experience at all levels of Chartered Accountancy, and in both large and small enterprises, Ian has developed specialist expertise in project work incorporating buying and selling businesses, corporate restructuring & financial management, finance raising and business valuations.

Ian is currently a partner at MSI Ragg Weir Ian sits as a Non Executive on a number of Boards, assists major clients where they do not have an in-house Chief Financial Officer and is actively involved with clients who have international requirements. Ian has had extensive experience in the retail motor vehicle, building industry, professional service entities, advertising agencies and financial service businesses.

Ian has been the Honorary Treasurer of a number of high profile not for profit organisations, the Honorary Company Secretary of Beyond Blue Ltd for 8 years, Honorary Chair or active Member of several Audit Committees and an active Rotarian for nearly 20 years.

John has more than 25 years management and board experience, and is the primary entrepreneurial driving force that has led the WorldMark Group of Companies to deliver appreciable profit and growth over the past 10 years.

John is very much a hands-on Managing Director at WorldMark, is across all of the company’s brands, their key accounts and has been intimately involved in all mergers and acquisitions.

Voula has been involved in the community services sector for nearly 25 years, with a particular focus on multicultural affairs and women’s issues.

As Executive Director of Australian Greek Welfare Society (AGWS) she manages an agency with a diverse range of programs including aged and disabilities, childcare, training, counselling, community education and policy.

Previous positions have included family counselling in country Victoria, co-ordination of a service that focused on occupational health and safety, equal opportunities for girls in secondary education and genetic counselling.

Voula has a strong commitment to social justice and community building and to this end she has served on a number of Boards and advisory bodies, including the following:

  • Inaugural Chairperson of the Women’s Health Service in the North
  • Chairperson of the Immigrant Women’s Domestic Violence Service
  • A founding member and Deputy Chairperson of the Victorian Immigrant and Refugee Women’s Coalition (VIRWC)
  • Included in the Victorian Honour Roll of Women in 2007, for work in advocating for a cohesive, culturally diverse Australia
  • Member on the SBS Advisory Committee
  • Council member of RMIT University
  • Council member, Australian Multicultural Advisory Council (AMAC)

After graduating from Monash University, Regina spent over 15 years in SAP Consulting and Project Management, providing business technology and process analysis services to large Corporates both directly and through leading IT consultancies such as Accenture, PWC, SAP and others. She has worked in global team leadership roles on major projects both in Australia and overseas in the Petroleum, Utility, Agricultural and Automotive industries.

In the last 7 years, she has been integral in supporting the growth of Rockwell Group Holdings (RGH), the family office and investment vehicle for the Levine family. Her main focus has been to drive, design and manage property development projects for Rockwell Developments, a subsidiary of RGH.

More recently, she has chosen to direct her time and energies to philanthropic endeavors becoming the CEO of the Rockwell Foundation (a private ancillary fund established by her husband). Emigrating from Russia to Australia as a young child herself, and now with three children of her own, she is sensitive to the challenges children face when confronted by adversities – financially, socially or through language barrier. She is passionate about giving back to the community and aims to apply her diverse range of skills to project initiatives within the Foundation centered on children’s wellbeing.

Sehran is the Group Corporate Executive for the Rockwell Group. With over ten years experience as a corporate paralegal and over five years experience in corporate governance, Sehran has a hands on role in ensuring that the Rockwell Foundation together with the Rockwell group, meet all of its statutory reporting requirements

We recently had the pleasure of meeting with Les Twentyman and Jim Markovski of the 20th Man Fund. The 20th Man Fund provides educational, sporting and counselling services and programs to the homeless and disadvantaged youth of the western suburbs of Melbourne.

The Board of Rockwell Foundation were so inspired by their hands on approach, passion and efforts of the team at 20th Man Fund that a substantial donation was made in support of the youth programs offered by Les and his team.

The Rockwell Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Regina Levine as Chief Executive Officer of Rockwell Foundation.

With a strong background in project management and personal passion for the wellbeing of children, Regina will be a real asset to developing our involvement with disadvantaged youth programs and charitable organisations on an ongoing basis.

7 December 2011 – Rockwell Foundation Celebrates Its Launch

Rockwell Foundation celebrated its launch on 7 December 2011 in stellar fashion. The launch, which was attended by local legal practitioners, financial advisors, SME executives and entrepreneurs associated with the Foundation, was held at Flinders Lane Gallery and hosted by Executive Director of the Foundation, Mr Adam Levine.

In what was a perfectly timed event in the festive season of giving, the night was a spectacular introduction to the Rockwell Foundation and an opportunity for the Board to share the Foundation’s goals of channeling the good fortunes of the Rockwell Group and giving back to the community via local charitable organisations.

The Board would like to extend a gracious thank you to all that attended and helped make the night such a success.
